Avery James Little Quilt
Pattern used: Sewing with Nancy's Column Quilts. I purchased the Book and DVD. This is the 3rd quilt sewn from this DVD. This little quilt was on the bonus section and using the fussy cut for the animal print fabric.

Also makes a nice size to cover up baby in his baby carseat.

Using some more scrap fabrics to make Avery James tummy quilt. A nice option about the column quilts they are quilt as you go. I didn't choose this opition this time as I wanted to use up left over scraps. For the backing used up the green minky from previous quilts.

Here is the finished sweater I knit taking Craftsy Class: The Top-Down Icelandic Sweater. Craftsy.com
The Yarn is Lopi and from a kit on the Craftsy website.
Interesting how the yarn softened after a soak and block per class instructions.

Moda Bake Shop Simply Stacked Squares Quilt
I loved the pattern when I first viewed on Moda Bake Shop site and the blue fabric she used for her quilt. http://www.modabakeshop.com/2013/06/simply-style-stacked-squares-quilt.html However I made mine with green squares, adding some other colors. Using up a lot of stash.
The back is a light green minky also from my stash.
